Booking & Cancelation Policies
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment so that your treatment can begin on time. If you arrive late for your appointment, I will do everything I can to provide the longest treatment time possible but may need to reduce the treatment time to adhere to scheduling. Clients arriving 15 minutes late to an appointment may be subject to rescheduling.
I require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied to any cancellation without a 24 hour notice. Failure to attend an appointment without any cancellation notice will result in a full fee payment. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and are valid for 12 months from purchase date. Membership perks are exclusive to the member only and are non-transferable.
